Peter Livingston Hastings is an American writer and producer of Catscratch. He had worked as a writer for Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain and directed the 2002 movie The Country Bears. He would later go on to develop Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness for DreamWorks Animation Television and direct Dog Man.
