Cellular Mitosis and You is a short documentary film directed by Major Pepperidge that was made to explain how one could grow a second head, and just how commonly it could happen.
Plot[]
When DNA replicates, centrial bippity-boo divide.
Once the chromosomes are formed, there's a whole bunch of jibbity-boo, and before you know it-- a second head.
This process is more common that one may think, and the head will only go when it wants to.
Development[]
The idea for the film sprung from Gordon Quid asking Major Pepperidge (a skin growth) how he was able to grow from Mr. Blik's neck.
He led all of them to the mansion's movie theater to present a quick film that was put together on the spot.
